Legal Basis for Processing
Insofar as we obtain consent from the data subject for processing operations of personal data, Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) serves as the legal basis.
If the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the provider, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR serves as the legal basis.
Data Deletion / Retention Period
Your personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this is provided for by European or national legislators in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the provider is subject. Data will also be deleted when a storage period prescribed by the mentioned standards expires unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
Creation of Log Files
Each access to our website automatically stores temporary information transmitted by your browser. The log file records browser type/version, operating system used, name and URL of the retrieved file, referring URL (the previously visited page), hostname of the accessing computer (IP address), and the date and time of the server request. This data is not merged with other data sources. The storage and processing of this data are solely for system security and optimization of the internet offer. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after no more than seven days.
Contact
We offer you the opportunity to inform yourself about different aspects of our range of services or to make contact via the website. You have the option of contacting us via the contact form or by phone. During the contact process, data such as your name, email address, and telephone number are collected. The processing of this data takes place within the scope of consent, which is necessary for processing your request, according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Afterwards, when your concern has been addressed, the data will be deleted unless they are still required for the fulfillment of a contract or for pre-contractual measures. If the inquiry relates to the activities of subsidiary, affiliated, or business management companies of the provider and this is necessary for efficient processing of the inquiry, your data may be transferred to the concerned company.
Alternatively, contact can be made via the provided email address. In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted by email will be stored.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that allow specific, device-related information to be stored on the user's access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). They serve to make websites more user-friendly and thus benefit the users (e.g., storing login data). They are also used to collect statistical data on website usage and analyze it to improve the offer. Users can influence the use of cookies. Most browsers have an option that restricts or completely prevents the storage of cookies. However, it is noted that the use and especially the comfort of use without cookies may be limited.
There are two types of cookies: temporary, so-called session cookies, and persistent cookies.
Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. The use of session cookies is necessary for us to provide the website. The legal basis for processing your personal data using session cookies is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You cannot object to the use of session cookies, as without cookies some functions of our website cannot be offered.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified duration, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in the security settings of your browser. With the help of cookies, we are able to understand your usage behavior and thereby improve our service for you. They are also intended to enable optimized surfing on our website. The use of persistent cookies takes place with your consent. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can refuse or revoke your consent at any time by setting your internet browser so that our cookies cannot be stored on your device or so that cookies that have been stored are deleted. If you do not accept cookies, this may lead to restrictions in the functions of the website. Revoking your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
With your consent, we also integrate third-party cookies. In this case, the corresponding data packets are stored or transmitted by third parties in your browser. You can generally prevent the use
of third-party cookies by making the appropriate setting in your browser. The legal basis for processing your personal data using third-party cookies is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Here too, you can revoke your consent at any time by adjusting your browser so that no third-party cookies are used. Revoking your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

Use of Google Analytics
This service uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on users' computers and that allow an analysis of their use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website by users is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
In the case of the activation of IP anonymization on this website, however, the IP address of users will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the website by users, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator, thereby justifying our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by setting their browser software accordingly; however, this offer informs users that in this case they may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. In this case, your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for this service are transmitted to Google. The privacy policy of Google, which we have linked accordingly, applies to this. Without the use of reCAPTCHA, we cannot process your request.
